Community Living Support (CLS) Skilled Nursing
Our DD Individuals will at the comfort of their homes receive Skilled Nursing services provided by our Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and our Developmental and Disability Professional (DDP).
Under the strict supervision of your Agency Director of Nursing (DON), a nurse from Metnurse Health Services, Inc. will be tasked to provide you with the following skilled services:
- Anticoagulation Monitoring
- Catheter Care and Changing
- Coordination of Home Medical Equipment Needs
- Diabetes Education
- Diabetic Care and Medication Administration
- Disease Education for the Patient and Family
- Disease Management
- Infusion Therapy
- Initial Home / Needs Assessment
- IV Therapy
- Medication Administration
- Oral Chemotherapy
- Orthopedics
- Ostomy Care
- Post-Surgery Care
- Pulmonary Care
- Vital Signs Monitoring
- Wound Care and Dressing Change
- Wound Vac
